كندا تعلن مقتل 4 جنود وجرح العشرات بحريق قاعدة عسكرية

قُتل أربعة جنود وأُصيب عشرات آخرون بجروح خطيرة في حريق اندلع السبت في قاعدة وينرايت العسكرية بغرب كندا، بحسب ما أعلن رئيس الوزراء مارك كارني اليوم الأحد.

وقال كارني في كلمة ألقاها من أوتاوا: "يؤسفني أن أؤكد أنه حتى هذه اللحظة، فقد أربعة عسكريين حياتهم"، مضيفا أن "عشرات آخرين أُصيبوا بجروح بالغة".

Canada: A wildfire has just broken out in Alberta on the Canadian Forces Base in Wainwright. Both the Prime Minister and Premier have made statements saying a “serious and major incident occurred on the base, with a fast moving fire starting.” Medivac ships are flying into the area, and the official Prime Minister page is calling it a tragedy. The local community is being evacuated, and a large firefighter response is underway.
